Goodbye 2011

I've seen lots of people posting lately about how they're so excited for 2011 to be over and can't wait for 2012 because they think it will be so much better. Well not us, Preston and I agree that 2011 was one of our best years ever, we grew up so much and became so much stonger together. Here's a recap of some of our best moments...
I babysat my cousins for a week, and it got us talking about wanting to have a family of our own one day

We got engaged on February 4th at our tree
Preston left for BCT and AIT on February 21st, and I went wedding dress shopping

I was able to go to Fort Leonard Wood Missouri to see Preston graduate from BCT

after a long four months Preston came home early in the morning on June 20th

We ran together in The To Bone & Back Marathon just five days after Preston came home. Thanks to our sister in law Shannon I got in the best shape I had ever been in. As was Preston after a gruesome 16 weeks of training

We took our engagements the weekend of July 4th

I was Shae's Maid of Honor at her July 9th wedding (and after loosing 12 pounds since March I was able to fit into my 12 year old cousins dress so we were able to do a last minute switch)

I had two great bridal showers thanks to Shae & Meisha

We got married August 13th and the day was PERFECT

we went on our honey moon to Utah, going to Park City, Seven Peaks, The Mayan, and to Preston's cousins wedding

we moved in to our house in Pocatello, and were still trying to get used to the place

I cooked my first ever roast, mashed potatoes and gravy dinner (an Adams family Sunday tradition)

I started working at the Bank in Pocatello. I was so lucky to be able to transfer but I sure miss working in Shelley

Preston started another semester and got the best GPA he has ever recieved while going to college

We celebrated our 1 month anniversary at Red Lobster

We went camping with Preston's family before Connor left on his mission
I was in my first Littlewood family photo

We attended our first ROTC military ball

Preston gave a speech at good ole Shelley High School on Veterans day

We cut down our own Christmas tree
We got a cute little puppy named Bandit

We took our first family photo for our Christmas Cards

We started a Christmas Eve tradition of opening one present each

Our first Christmas morning
2011 was an amazing year and we can't wait to see what 2012 has in store for us!
